Morgan dedicates her professional life to developing and advocating for participatory practice and peer education as essential levers for creating true, lasting, power-shifting systemic change in services for systemically neglected communities.

She is the founder and Principal Consultant of morgan&co and has over 15 years of personal and professional expertise collaborating with individuals, communities and organisations to reimagine the role those who experience systematic exclusion play in social change. 

Morgan holds a degree in Social Science and is a Visiting Fellow at RMIT University School of Global, Urban and Social Studies. She also serves on the Board of Collaboration for Impact.
