Sue Thomas has lived and worked in the Kimberley for over 3 decades , first as an early childhood educator then as a teacher and Principal and after working on some national Indigenous education projects joined Marninwarntikura’ senior leadership team. Sue works closely with community members and organisations to advocate for better services to address complex community needs. Sue co wrote a resource for early childhood educators on FASD and Complex trauma and works closely with teams across MWRC on the organisation's strategic priorities.
