Sophie Varvel is a Team Leader at the Australian Childhood Foundation in NSW. She has over 12 years of experience as a Social Worker, working with children and young people who have experienced childhood trauma. Sophie currently supervises a team of therapeutic specialists and delivers training to the sector on trauma transformative practice as part of her role at ACF.
