Nikki Peapell qualified as a psychologist in 2013 in New Zealand and has 15 years’ experience working across public and not-for-profit child and youth mental health, homelessness, and AOD services. Nikki is passionate about strong leadership, clinical strength and making improvements to meet people’s need for support. She is an advocate for inclusive and diverse services that recognise people's lived experience and cultural expertise for building strong communities.
