Kimberley Bates is a trauma-informed Psychologist who specialises in supporting children and families therapeutically with experience across the Child Protection, Family Law, and Education sectors. Growing up in North Queensland, Kimberley draws from her lived experiences to advocate for children and young people in being able to thrive at home and at school. She has served as a Communications Specialist and Peace Ambassador with Humanitarian Affairs Asia, receiving the Global Youth Icon award at the UNCC in Thailand. Kimberley also received the Australian Psychological Society’s Peace Research Project Award. Her life’s mission is to leave a legacy in empowering others to live with courage, find healing, and to never stop learning.
