Barry is a passionate and compassionate Psychologist and author dedicated to helping children and young people reach their potential. Over the last 18 years, Barry's career and passion has focused on building a network of safe relationships around each child and young person he supports, drawing on systems theory, neurobiology, and attachment models. He is currently working for Evolve Therapeutic Service (Queensland Health) and in private practice. Evolve Therapeutic Service (ETS) is a multidisciplinary team specialising in comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions for children and young people in care. Within this team, Barry has contributed to the development of a highly cohesive and supportive workplace culture, based on hope, empowerment, connection and collaboration.
