Austin Bell is a Senior Case Manager at OzChild in the Therapeutic Foster Care Program Circle & has been working for OzChild for since 2022. Austin completed a Bachelor of Social Work with Honors from RMIT university & has worked in youth homelessness, crisis housing response, and in home care. Austin approaches children, young people, and families from a trauma informed perspective and bases his practice in anti-oppressive relational approaches. Austin has been the OzChild project lead and has supported young people, carers, and case managers to engage in the consultation & co design process in developing the When Yes Means Yes project.
