Registration Information
What does registration include?
The 2027 Conference runs from Sunday 1st to Friday 6th August 2027, launching with casual ‘conversation hours’ and a welcome reception on Sunday afternoon, followed by a full five-day program from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th August.
For the first time, in response to delegate feedback, the 2027 event contains a highly interactive format, including keynote speakers, plenary sessions, masterclasses, workshops, panels and opportunities for abstract presentations spread across all 5-days of the week.
The First Access Ticket – available now until Tuesday 30 June 2026. This ticket is for the full 5-day event only, includes the two social events and is the lowest price for the duration of ticket sales (including later to be released student discounts).
Is it possible to attend virtually?
The Conference is exclusively an in-person event. The conference fees are for an in-person event only.
All registered attendees will get free access to the speaker recordings after the event, and recordings will also be available to non-attendees for a fee.

How can I pay for my registration?
The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Conference by Arinex’.

Can I receive an invoice prior to submitting my registration?
You must submit your registration to receive an invoice. If you proceed through your registration and select option 1, an invoice will be emailed to you once your registration has been completed and processed.
Refund and transfer information
I can no longer attend the Conference, how do I receive a refund?
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the International Childhood Trauma Conference 2027 Managers at register.ICTC@arinexgroup.com
Registration
Cancellations before 1 May 2027 will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 2 May 2027 to 21 June 2027 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 22 June 2027 will receive no refund.
Can’t Make It? … Option To Pay It Forward
If you are no longer able to attend, please consider paying it forward rather than requesting a refund. Registration fees can be donated to support attendees experiencing financial hardship through our Pay It Forward and Scholarship Program. All cancellation fees will be directed at these funds, and registrations cancelled after the final refund deadline will automatically be donated to support these initiatives.

Unpaid Registration
Kindly note, unpaid conference registrations will be cancelled monthly until 3 months prior to the event. From 3 months before the conference, cancellations will take place every two weeks for outstanding registrations. Full payment of conference fees is required before your arrival.

If you are no longer able to attend and wish to transfer your registration, please contact the International Childhood Trauma Conference Managers at register.ictc@arinexgroup.com
Please provide the original registrant’s information, and the new registrant’s first and last name, organisation (if different), email and phone number.

How do I choose which sessions to attend?
Start by reviewing the full program to identify the sessions that align most with your interests and priorities. Once you’ve found the sessions you’d like to attend, you can bookmark them in the event app to easily revisit your personalised schedule later
Abstract and speaker information
Who can present at the conference?
Each Conference, Practitioners, Researchers and those with lived experience from around the world are invited to share their own insights and expertise via the medium of abstract submissions and presentations. The 2027 Conference will again feature this opportunity with the following themes:
- Working in schools
- Working with families
- Working in Out of Home Care
- Working with young offenders
- Working with traumatised children and young people,
- Working with traumatised adults
- Culture and healing
- Neurodivergence and trauma
- Lived experience and trauma
Abstracts will open in June 2026 and close in October 2026. Submissions will be reviewed by an internal review panel and notified in December 2026. Presenters with accepted abstracts will be able to register at the lowest ticket advertised price.
