Sandi is a Social Worker, currently working as a senior advisor and therapeutic specialist working with foster carers and the care teams supporting the children and young people in their care.

Sandi has a particular interest in resourcing and strengthening systems to better support and respond to children and families from culturally diverse backgrounds. This work has included supporting schools to implement trauma responsive practice, as well as working in partnership with Government, NGO’s and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations in developing and implementing culturally strong therapeutic responses for children, young people and families who have experienced trauma.
