Professional Bio
Dr. Malone is a Counselling Psychologist with over two decades of experience in clinical practice, supervision, and program development. Having worked for over 2 decades in rural Victoria, she founded and operated a multidisciplinary practice focused on cohesive, client-centered care. Dr. Malone is an AHPRA registered clinical supervisor and lecturer in LaTrobe University's rural-focused Masters of Professional Psychology program. Her therapeutic approach is neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered, integrating IFS, ACT, EMDR, family, and narrative therapies. As a late-diagnosed Autistic/ADHDer, she is passionate about mentoring neurodivergent clinicians and supporting early-career professionals, emphasizing identity redefinition and the power of authentic therapeutic relationships. Her clinical focus is supporting late diagnosed neurodivergent adults who have experienced complex trauma to heal and thrive.
