Lisa Porter is an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience. She holds a master’s degree and a clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and a PhD in Pediatric Science. Lisa has specialized training in Sensory Integration and Interpersonal Neurobiology, and completed a fellowship at the STAR Institute in Denver, Colorado, under the mentorship of Dr. Lucy Jane Miller. She is the founder of Sensory KIDS in Portland, Oregon, a center dedicated to helping families and individuals with sensory processing challenges. Lisa is the creator and co-author of "PROOF" and an assistant professor in the Occupational Therapy program at Western Oregon University in Salem, Oregon, USA.
