Kristen has the joy of being a keynote & guest speaker in Australia & internationally, and facilitates Cultivating Compassion, Trauma-informed Mind-Body,& Trauma Informed Yoga workshops for therapists accross SE Asia & Australia. 

Kristen has lived experience as a carer, of perinatal trauma, of childhood trauma/family violence, & being a part of a neurodiverse family:- bringing an invaluable trauma-informed perspective to her work. Kristen also teaches at Monash University in the OT Dept, & is a senior yoga, meditation & mindfulness facilitator, Hypnotherapist in training, E-RYT & TC-TSY-F. ​
