Kizzy Searle is a Speech Pathologist with a deep commitment to trauma-informed practice. She regularly delivers training and presentations on this topic, including a recent webinar through Speech Pathology Australia on trauma-informed practice for speech pathologists. Kizzy also serves as a Speech Pathology advisor for the Mental Health and Trauma Advisory Panel of Speech Pathology Australia. In addition, she is a lived experience advisor for several Sydney Local Health District committees and the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network. Her work is informed by both lived and clinical experience, offering a unique perspective on trauma’s impact on communication and mental health.
