Jane is the founder and director of Equine Assisted Therapy Australia. Having worked as a mental health nurse, yoga teacher and teacher in culturally diverse communities in Australia, East Asia, and Europe, Jane continues to provide individual and group therapy sessions supporting young people in her Gold-Coast hinterland based practice. As a therapist she draws upon Gestalt psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, equine assisted psychotherapy and expressive arts art therapies. Over the past two decades, Jane has parlayed her personal and professional experiences into sustainable, ethical, practical training through an RTO for practitioners who desire to make therapy more accessible, meaningful and fun for their young clients.
