Chris Byrne has 20 years’ experience of community development and service design with young people who have experienced trauma and violence. In his current role, he’s supported a re-mapping of family violence and ‘at risk’ services to better engage/ amplify young people’s experience. He’s worked on new projects that rethink counselling and use connections with horses as a stepping stone into employment. He previously led an Innovation Unit at MercyCare from 2017-2022.
