Belinda is the CETC Senior Manager of Practice Leadership and Development, leading the production of practice resources and other projects that enhance the capacity of providers to best support and care for children and young people in out-of-home care and youth justice. Belinda is a Social Worker and a passionate advocate for children's rights and practice reform. She has listened to the voices of children and young people in child protection and youth justice systems throughout her work life, as an inspector, official visitor, and advocate for safe, caring environments within youth detention and residential care houses.
