Research indicates that the act of articulating your purpose and keeping it in your awareness, can bring more meaning, well-being, and healing into your work and personal life. In fact, a lack of purpose contributes at least as much to our disease and premature death as tobacco use, poor diet, inactivity and bad stress. Purpose does not require passion, and it’s not a luxury—it’s a necessity.
Exercises and breakout groups will provide the delegates with the opportunity to articulate their purpose for their various roles in life, as well as the time to explore how they can keep purpose front and center on a daily basis.
